Similar in content to the BOSS in-house ladder and steps course, this full-day training course has the added benefit of expanded risk assessment practical exercises and full accreditation.
The aims and objectives of the Ladder Association training course are to provide candidates with the necessary information in the safe use and inspection of ladders & steps. At the end of the instruction the candidates will be able to:
LADDER ASSOCIATION. On completion of the course, successful delegates will receive an accredited certificate and photo id card from the Ladder Association (BLMA) valid for 5 years.

Aims:
Updated to reflect the requirements of the Working At Heights Regulations this course gives an appreciation of the hazards, and measures required to control the risks associated with the use of Ladders and Step Ladders.
