The SSSTS training course highlights the requirement to promote health and safety and to supervise effectively. It is endorsed by the Major Contractors Group as the standard training for all supervisors working on MCG sites. It provides an introduction to health and safety, welfare and environmental issues for those requiring an understanding of their legal responsibilities relevant to their work activities in safely managing a construction site. The course covers The Health & Safety at Work Act and the regulations relevant to the Construction Industry (and other workplaces)
