Our Social Value
Here at Boss Training, we are dedicated to making a positive impact within the communities we serve. In the last reporting period, we delivered £53,891.63 in social and local economic value.
This includes 192 hours of volunteering and strategic partnerships with local organisations, £2000 donated to local community projects, 32 staff given equality and diversity training, and over £100,000 invested into the local supply chain.
We are also proud sponsors of the Lighthouse Club, which is a charity that raises awareness and offers support for mental health within the construction industry.

Governance and Ethics
At Boss Training, corporate governance is embedded into our business. We ensure compliance through a comprehensive approach that includes annual training for all employees covering GDPR, mental health, equality & diversity, and health and safety. We also established a robust whistleblowing process to reinforce our dedication to transparency and accountability. Furthermore, we promote active engagement through our monthly business forum so everyone has a voice.
